  • Accommodation Cost per night is 135,00€ in a Single Use room, Breakfast and all legal taxes are included. Accommodation tax is not included. By law, it must be paid by the customer directly to their hotel on arrival or departure
  • In the allocation of Hotel rooms, priority will be respected. For the Hotels Kalavrita Canyon, Filoxenia and Archontiko Zafeiropoulos a priority will be given to Faculty members
  • Check in time 15:00 / Check out time 11:00

Food and Beverages


On Friday, May 21st, a Continuous Coffee Break will be held throughout the Scientific Program (cost 20,00€ per person) and one dinner will take place at the restaurant of the Conference Hotel (cost 50,00€ per person).

On Saturday, May 22nd, will take place two coffee breaks (cost 10,00€ per person), one light lunch at the conference venue (cost 20,00€ per person) and one official dinner at a restaurant of the area (cost 40,00€ per person).

- A confirmation email will be sent to your email.
- For the confirmation of your request a deposit of 30% of the total amount (including vat and taxes) must be made 2 days after the confirmation email.

Payment Policy


Deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid 2 days after confirmation email

Total payment must be made 10 days before the beginning of the course (until 11/5/2021)

Cancellation Policy


Written Notification of Cancellation must be sent to ea@congressworld.gr

For written cancellations sent 45 days before the beginning of the course, 50% of the total amount of charge will be refunded.

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible to be made for Cancellations Notifications that will be made 25 days before the beginning of the course.
